The Fallout Shelter is the emergency bunker for /OT/ spam attacks. While /OT/ is cleaned, users can post here.
Note that once I clean up messes, the Fallout Shelter is LOCKED and topics may only be moved on request. After one week everything left in the Shelter WILL BE DELETED. If nobody cares about a thread enough to request its moving, then it's ripe for the removing.
